1. There are ongoing legal disputes regarding the recognition of the right to privatize residential premises (apartments) belonging to the Company located at J. Basanavičius al. 58, in Kaunas.
2. Šiaulių bankas JSC granted a credit line: 
– Registered building located at Pramones pr. 13, Kaunas the first-rate mortgage of building.
– The land plot at Pramones pr. 13 Pledged in the first installment are mortgaged land lease rights.
– Current and future (receivable) cash flows from the Company in all and future accounts are presented as financial collateral.

Remark:
The costs of the purchase contract, including the salary of a notary, shall be paid by the auction winner. If the winner of the auction does not arrive at the specified time to sign the sales contract, the costs of the conclusion of the contract shall include the repeat certificates of the registers.
